RETURN POLICY
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF THE ITEMS ARE NOT OF MY SIZE?
Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You will need your email address and your order # to complete your request. Following your request, you will automatically receive your label by email. You have 30 days following receipt of your label to take your return to the post office. If the 30-day deadline is exceeded, your return will be refused and sent directly to your home.
- Any item must not have been washed or worn and provided with the original labels
- You must include proof of payment with the return
- All clothing may be subject to inspection
- We offer free shipping for exchanges only
CONDITIONS (exchange or return): The item must be in the same condition as when sold, that is, in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. You must provide a document on which is written your first name, your last name and your order number inside your return.
If the item does not meet the criteria mentioned above (broken item, having been worn, washed or stained), it will not be refunded or exchanged.
